What is CrossFit? 

Well, simply put; ``CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years."

Here at CrossFit OPG, we have a list of Do's and Don't's:


What we DO:
  • Strive for perfection of form on all movements before adding weight.
  • Take the time to assess each members fitness level individually.
  • Appropriately scale movements based on age/physical limitations. 
  • Build your strength and endurance through a combination of weight training and metabolic conditioning. 
  • Help you fine tune and refine your lifts.
  • Facilitate a positive, encouraging, tight knit community (we will all help give you that push!)
  • Have fun!

What we DON'T do:
  • Force you to do a movement you're not ready for.
  • Force you to do a movement you're incapable of doing safely.
  • Throw weight on a bar and tell you to lift it.
  • Encourage ego lifting.
  • Create cookie cutter programs.

$145/month (CrossFit/Powerlifting hybrid membership)


$15 CrossFit Drop Ins (Free on Saturdays!)
$10 CrossFit Drop Ins for guests of current members
