Meet the Coaches


Amanda O'Malley is one of our head coaches and co-owners of O'Malley's Power Gym. She has certifications in CrossFit and weightlifting with a bachelors degree from USF. With five years of training and multiple years of coaching experience under her belt, she has picked up many useful techniques to instruct people from a wide array of different age brackets, training modalities and fitness levels.
Her objective is to encourage people to better themselves through safe training and consistency. She encourages our athletes to stay consistent in order to achieve their personal physical and mental health goals.

Thomas O'Malley is our head powerlifting coach and co-owner of OPG. With over 15 years of lifting experience, Thomas has developed the knowledge and techniques to make an individual stronger. He has been training people of all types for strength, weight loss, and overall health. He has a B.S. in criminal justice from FSU and has law enforcement experience.
​Thomas obtained his powerlifting coach certification in order to train and educate people on the importance of strength training. If there is one thing Thomas preaches, it is that consistency is key.

Brenna Vidal is a health coach with two bachelor's degrees in psychology and social work, as well as certifications such as personal trainer and registered yoga teacher. She uses her experience to coach using a variety of techniques and tools she has picked up while focusing in fields like mobility, calisthenics and bodyweight training, powerlifting, cross training, running, and working with special populations such as foster children, military, and first responders.
​Her goal is to provide not only the tools to pursue your wellness goals, but also the education, so that you can improve all aspects of your health, not just physical. She happily embraces the title “Jane of all trades” with pride but enjoys specifically coaching those who want to incorporate mobility and bodyweight training into their everyday life.

Emmalee Miller has been coaching in the Tampa area since 2017 and uses her background in science, public education & her own personal experience to focus on strength training paired with proper nutrition. Emmalee has experience coaching clients in weight loss, functional strength, athletic conditioning and performance based such as competitive bodybuilding & Powerlifting.

PTA Global Personal Trainer, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, AFAA/NASM small Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Sports Nutritionist, B.S.
