During your time with us, you will be learning how to count macros which are comprised of fats, protein, and carbohydrates. This program is not a meal plan, quick fix, or weird juice cleanse. It is a learning opportunity. You put in the work and we give you the skills and knowledge to navigate so that you don’t get lost once you are alone on the path. This program will allow you to reach your goals and teach you how to maintain them on your own.
We are very hands on and flexible when it comes to our client’s needs and what’s going to make them succeed. We believe that everyone can be successful, and we want to help you become the absolute best version of yourself. If that means someone texting you to make sure you worked out that day then that’s what we do. It’s all about where you struggle and how we can help bridge the gaps.
This program is also for those who already know how to count macros but need that extra kick in the butt for accountability. We don’t give up and we won’t allow you to either.

· Help understanding macros and how to weigh/measure your food properly.
· A weekly tracking spreadsheet.
· Access to your coach via phone, text, email, and video chat.
· A positive (tough love) voice of reason cheering you on and checking up on you.
· A private Facebook group with like minded individuals who encourage one another, post recipes, and share tips.
